From the start up till now, we provide individual support for people working for Silent Work and inhabitants of villages where we start projects, untill they can be selfsupporting and finance it themselves (mostly in about 5 years).
Support includes all types of medical needs, from supplying paracetamol to recovery operations, wheelchairs or artificial limbs.
This girl has a cleft lip and mental retardation.
They lived isolated in a hut in a village in Mauritania.
The operation was not easy, partly because of her mental disability.
Yet we can call it now: a successful surgery.
She presently participates very active in the family and the environment.
